📦 Order Cancellation
Timeframe:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them — no questions asked.
To cancel, email us at [yourstore@email.com] or WhatsApp us with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, please refer to our return/refund process below.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return/Refund if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
You received a wrong product, damaged item, or defective piece.
The item is not a part of our non-returnable items (see below).
❌ Not Eligible for Return if:
The item was on final sale or clearance.
The garment has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged post-delivery.
It is an innerwear, customized, or made-to-order item.
💸 Refund Process
Once your returned item reaches us and passes quality checks:
Refund Method: Back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval
If the product fails inspection, we’ll notify you and send it back to your address.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll arrange free reverse pickup.
For other reasons, you may need to ship the product to us, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
